RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)

The American Heart AssociationⒸ and Safety Training Seminars now provide RQI skills testing for BLS, ACLS, and PALS providers. Here’s how it works:
  • You’ll complete your hands-on session with a VAM (voice-assisted manikin) that guides you step-by-step.
  • No instructor is present; the manikin and computer system provide real-time feedback to help you master your skills.
This course is available for both new students and those renewing their certifications.

Fraudulent Online Courses

Fake online CPR courses are a growing problem. Every month, we see students submitting fraudulent CPR certificates—not realizing they’ve been scammed by illegitimate companies.

Here’s how to spot potential scams:

  • No local contact information: If the company doesn’t provide a local phone number, it’s a red flag.
  • False claims about compliance: Be cautious of services claiming to comply with American Heart Association (AHA) standards without proof.
  • Negative online reviews: Companies with recurring bad reviews are often unreliable.
At Safety Training Seminars, we only accept official American Heart Association certificates. Unsure if yours is valid? Compare your certificate to the AHA sample shown at the top of this page.
